ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This includes payment methods, as our platform and payment providers charge non-refundable processing fees. We’ll always do our best to assist if you’ve made a mistake, but we can’t guarantee adjustments once your order is being processed.

COMBINING ORDERS

Placed more than one order and want them shipped together?

  • If your first order hasn’t been shipped yet, use the code ADDME at checkout for your next purchase.
  • If the code doesn’t apply, that means your original order is already on its way.
  • When we can combine multiple orders, we’ll refund the extra shipping fee (not the first one) as store credit before tax.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Double-check your community mailbox or delivery area.
