CUSTOMER FAQ's
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This includes payment methods, as our platform and payment providers charge non-refundable processing fees. We’ll always do our best to assist if you’ve made a mistake, but we can’t guarantee adjustments once your order is being processed.
COMBINING ORDERS
Placed more than one order and want them shipped together?
- If your first order hasn’t been shipped yet, use the code ADDME at checkout for your next purchase.
- If the code doesn’t apply, that means your original order is already on its way.
- When we can combine multiple orders, we’ll refund the extra shipping fee (not the first one) as store credit before tax.
MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT IT’S NOT HERE
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- Double-check your community mailbox or delivery area.
- If you’re still unable to locate the package after 5 business days, please contact us by email info@becomingherboutique.ca

DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code can be used per order. We cannot apply codes to past purchases.

MISSING EMAILS
If you’re not receiving our emails:
- Check your junk or spam folders.
- For Hotmail or Microsoft accounts, add info@becomingherboutique.ca to your safe senders list to make sure our messages come through.
CART HOLDS
Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it — our system only holds inventory once checkout is complete.
COUPON CODE MISUSE
Please use discount codes as intended. Misuse (like repeatedly applying new customer codes) may result in your order being canceled and refunded as store credit, or future orders being marked final sale.
DAMAGED ITEM?
If something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damage.
- A short description of the issue.
- We’ll take care of it right away.
