Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any regular-priced, unworn, and unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All original tags must remain attached and your packing slip must be included.

Please note: Sale items, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. CANADIAN RETURNS – EASY FLAT RATE OPTION:

Offer a simple flat-rate shipping option for returns within Canada: $20 for Ontario, Manitoba & Quebec$28 for all other provinces and territories (Remote areas may incur additional charges.) Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you your Return Code, RA#, and Order Number. You can then:Go tocanadapost.cato create your prepaid return label, orBring your Return Code, RA#, and Order Number to any Canada Post location, and they’ll print your label for you. Repack your items (unworn, with tags and original packaging) and attach your return label. Drop the parcel off at any Canada Post outlet. The flat-rate return fee will be deducted from your refund once your items are received and inspected. Example: If returning $100 worth of merchandise from Quebec, your refund will be $80 after the $20 return fee.If you prefer, you may ship your return using your own carrier. Please contact us first for your RA#.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Footwear must be returned in new condition and in its original box — worn shoes will not be accepted.Sale merchandise is final sale.Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To exchange an item: simply return your purchase within 14 days for a refund and place a new order online or by phone.
